A 36-year-old male patient named T.M. ( Registration number: ADA-20) visited Homeo Care Clinic in December 2023 with the chief complaints of recurrent bilateral kidney stones since childhood and gall bladder stones since October 2023. The patient had no symptoms of any ailment at the time of consultation.
USG was done on October 20, 2023. The findings were as follows:
Gall Bladder: Multiple Calculi, at least 3 in numbers measuring 6mm, 10mm, and 7mm.
Right Kidney: Showing calculi at the upper pole measuring 6mm & 4mm, at the pole measuring 6.5 mm & at the lower pole measuring 1.6mm.
Left kidney: showing calculi at the upper pole measuring 4.7 mm, at the midpole measuring 5.7 mm, & at the lower pole measuring 5.2 mm.
PAST HISTORY :
The patient had suffered from Asthma in childhood.
FAMILY HISTORY :
The patient’s mother had GB stones and her Maternal Aunt had Renal calculi.
PHYSICAL GENERALS :
The patient’s appetite was good. He had a significant craving for salty things. he was a thermally hot patient.
MENTAL ASSESSMENT :
On mental assessment, it was found that the patient was ambitious. In his childhood, he was a studious student and used to lead the group. He used to suppress his anger and emotions. As he grew up, he developed lots of anxiety about his future and career. He was reserved and opportunistic. He was money-mined and was working hard to achieve more success.
CASE ANALYSIS :
After a detailed case analysis and taking her chief complaints, physical generals, and mental characteristics into consideration, a Lyco 200 single dose was prescribed.
FOLLOW-UPS :

The patient visited the clinic with a repeat USG ( done on 19-02-24) in his hands and a satisfactory smile on his face.
The findings were as follows :
- sizes of Gall bladder stones were reduced to 1 mm, 6.3mm, and 6.2mm
- The right kidney was showing only one stone at the upper pole measuring 4.3mm ( earlier it was 2 stones), the stone at the mid pole was completely cured, and the lower pole calculus measured 4.4 mm.
- The left kidney showed upper pole calculus measuring 5 mm, mid pole calculus was reduced to 2.9 mm ( earlier it was 5.7 mm), & lower pole calculus was reduced to 3.2mm. (Earlier, it was 5.2 mm.)
