Diet For Good Healthy Hair

 Add two spoon of flax seeds in one glass of water, Keep it overnight & Drinkwater in the morning an empty stomach alternate day.

Add two spoon of methi seeds in one glass of water,  Keep it overnight & Drinkwater in the morning an empty stomach alternate day.

One Amla Daily

Soak 5 almonds every night in water & eat them with their skin on.

Buttermilk, lime-juice, Coconut water-3 times a week.

 Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

 One bowl of sprouted pulses daily.

Proteins i.e. soybean, egg, and chicken – 3 times a week

Avoid or reduce intake of Tea & Coffee

Use lime juice to rinse your hair. (When washing hair, use a teaspoon of lime juice for the last rinse. (For Dandruff)

Milk- 1 cup Daily,

Methi seeds-Apply Methi seeds paste on the scalp for half an hour, once a week & drink methi water on an empty stomach.

In one glass of water, add 2 spoons of methi seeds keep overnight & drink that water empty stomach in the morning (Alternate Day)

Fruits- Daily, Banana, Apple, Mangoes, Chikoos, Grapes, walnut.

Green leafy vegetables, esp. Spinach, carrot (contain iron)

Chicken, soyabean once a week.
