A 42-year-old male patient, Mr. S.G. (Registration Number: ABN-52) visited Homeo Care Clinic on 2nd October 2021 for psoriasis treatment. He was suffering from skin issues. He had developed small spot-like patches on the elbow, knee, hands, and buttocks bilaterally; there was scaling and itching in the last 4 years. He visited multiple doctors in Baramati and Pune. He was using ointment every day which provided him relief temporarily. He was diagnosed with Psoriasis and complaints were increasing gradually.
He had a mixed diet and a craving for sweets. He had no addiction. The patient did not drink much water throughout the day. His sleep was sound no issues. He was Obese and had a heavily built personality.

On the follow-up on 15th January 2022, the patient had no new patches. He had experienced a 95% recovery from the earlier patches. He had developed normal skin now.
