Our Patient, a Sixty years old female Mrs. A.S.W, (Registration Number AAC-111) visited Homeo Care Clinic on 13th July 2018 for the complaint of Psoriasis. She was suffering from Psoriasis for the last twenty years. She was having Psoriasis on the abdomen, chest, behind both arms, thighs, and legs. There were severe spots of Psoriasis on the abdomen and back and small-scattered spots on hands and legs. She would get severe itching, scaling, and pain in the affected area. The lesions on the abdomen and chest were red and inflamed.
She had taken many creams and ointments for many years, Her son was an Army Officer, so they used to get free medicine from Military Hospital, because of that she had consumed many different types of steroids. But there was no major improvement in her Psoriasis with all these creams. And lately, she started with a complaint about Asthma also. In order to get rid of all medicines and inhalers, she started with Homeopathic treatment.
Mrs. A.S.W. was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension. She was having a family history of diabetes, high cholesterol, and Migraine.
Her appetite was good. She had a strong liking for non-veg, spicy food, and dislike for sweets. Bowel habits and thirst were normal. She would heavily perspire. She was more comfortable in a cold climate than to heat.
Mrs. A.S.W. was living in a joint family with his son and daughter in law. She was very dominant and everything was under her control. She was very social, mixing easily. very manipulative, suspicious, and dictatorial.
Her case was studied in detail by Dr. Vaseem Choudhary and she was prescribed Lachesis 200.
First Month 10th Aug 2018 – There was an improvement with her Asthma complaint but no change in Psoriasis. Itching and scaling remained the same. The redness and pain were still the same.
