A 34 years old male patient named P.R (Registration number ABR-46) visited Homeo Care Clinic on January 22 ,2022 with the chief complaint of eczematous eruption on left hand since at the age of 8-9 year of age, cracked and dry and rough skin, aggravation in winter and ameliorate by applications of oil. Excessive itching on left hand
Past History :- Male pattern baldness
Family History –
Father -DM
Mother – Hypothyroidism and HTN
Physical Generals-
The patient’s appetite was good. Hunger not tolerable
Thirsty and Thermally hot Patient.
Mental Assessment –
On mental assessment , it was found that the patient was aggressive in nature and angry when asked questions present. Open minded person . In childhood constitution, patients was angry ,non diligent, like to play cricket and participate in culture activities
